Report a bug
Tell us what happened and on which screen, your phone model and its iOS or Android version, and a screenshot if you can. If a question or an explanation is wrong, tell us which one: the lesson and the text are enough.
If you are testing the app with TestFlight, you can also send feedback from there: take a screenshot inside the app and tap «Share Beta Feedback».
Your progress
Tokencito has no accounts: your progress, your streak and your reviews are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear your browser data, they are gone, and we cannot recover them because they never leave your device. For the same reason, progress does not move from one phone to another or from the web to the app.
Reminders
The app offers a reminder so you keep your streak. You change it by tapping the 🔥 streak in the app, and you can also turn it off in your phone's notification settings.
Anonymous stats
To improve the game we measure how it is used, without personal data. Turn it off in Profile, with «Send anonymous statistics». The details are in the privacy policy.
Language
Tokencito is in Spanish, English and Portuguese. It starts in your phone's language and you can change it in Profile.
